Every delivery ships with the dyno or reference log for that stage on that engine plus the checksum report. Not a copy-pasted 95% claim.
Upload a datalog in the order chat. The same specialist picks it up within 30 minutes in opening hours and revises for free, as often as needed. If it genuinely cannot be fixed, the credits go back to your balance the same day.
Master reads are priced lower because you decrypt. Slave reads decrypt and re-encrypt automatically for Autotuner, KESS3, Flex and bFlash at the slave rate. Switching a slave to us is free.
Never. Businesses can have unused credits refunded in cash. No decoupling or switching fees either way.
